What Are The Terms And Conditions for Refund?

Feel free to request a refund or a free replacement for any Vedic Tees order within 7 days of its delivery date. All refunds will be credited to your bank account or as Vedic Tees Credits, based on your preference.

How Long Does the Refund Procedure Take?

Once your order is picked up, the refund process will commence within 7-10 working days, contingent on your returns passing the quality check. Refund timelines are as follows:

• Wallet refund: Credited within a few minutes.
• NEFT refund: Takes 5 to 7 working days.
• Payment Gateway refund: Processed in 5 to 7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.

Where Should I Return My Product?

Courier the product to the address below, and we'll reimburse your courier charges for manufacturing defects only. If the courier cost exceeds Rs.100, keep your invoice, and we'll reimburse accordingly. To get a refund for courier charges, email us the screenshot of the courier POD.

I Haven't Received My Refund Yet. What Should I Do?
