You are eligible to return and exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, and it will take an additional 5-7 days for the returned product to be delivered to us. We also offer reverse pick-up services, with a fee starting at RS.100, which will be deducted at the time of a refund/order.
Reverse pick-up is dependent on service availability in your area pin code.
Store credit is offered within 1-2 working days from the day of return pick up on your entered or registered contact digits or email address. (FOR COD ORDERS).
You must return the product in its original form, and if the item is in poor condition or has clearly been worn, a refund will not be initiated.
The refund may take around 7 business days to be shown in your bank account.
NOTE: Refunds/Bank transfers are only applicable for Prepaid Orders/ Online Payments Made on our web page.
Any transaction made with the COD option will get store credit equal to the among paid by you, which can be used anytime.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
